In Person Yoga Classes

 

Awakened Soul Yoga currently offers two in person classes a week at Bangalow Uniting Church, 17 Station Street, Bangalow NSW 2479:

Tuesday Evenings 6.00-7.00PM

This is a more yin, slower paced yoga class designed to chill you out, mellow your mind and easefully stretch your body so it feels liberated from tension and contraction. You’ll learn techniques to calm your mind, breath work to regulate your nervous system, and so much more. Float home in a bubble of bliss.

Saturday Mornings 8.00-9.00AM (starting 7 February)

Women can benefit enormously from strength training as it helps build and preserve muscle mass while supporting bone density as we age. In this class, we’ll place the muscles under load to build strength, improve joint health, and support bone density, helping to reduce the risk of common issues such as osteoporosis and fractures.

*Please note: if you’re interested in the yoga + weights class, you’ll need to purchase the 6-week block of classes. There are no casual classes available for this offering.
