Welcome to Awakened Soul Yoga, an on-line Hatha Yoga sanctuary that takes a holistic look at practicing with your health and wellness as the primary goal. If you’ve got a cranky back, a stiff neck or pesky tight hips, this ancient practice will help soothe your body and mind.

My teaching philosophy is simple: to offer you sovereignty over your practice, to support you in taking responsibility for your physical and mental wellbeing, and to help you discover that yoga is so much more than just an exercise routine. It will gift you with a toolbox of spiritual techniques to help you thrive in this often chaotic yet glorious world we all share.
