Everyone can benefit enormously from strength training as we age to build and preserve muscle mass and avoid bone breaks and fractures. Especially women in Perimenopause with fluctuating hormones, both bone density and muscle mass are significantly affected.
 
I want to help change this narrative so we don’t have to age like our mothers did, without the knowledge or tools to protect their bones and strength.
